Hi,

I've been trying to download S&P500 data from 2007 to 2017, and i get the following error:

"Time Message
14-12-2017 23:26 Error occurred during download: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (URL: http://datafeed.dukascopy.com/datafeed/ ... _ticks.bi5)"

The error ends at the date above and then downloaded data from 2011/08/18 to 2017. Is this because there is no data available before this date? if that is the case it would be disappointing. Can somebody please help with this issue?

As per this page: https://tickstory.com/dukascopy-histori ... te-ranges/, the earliest date available for S&P500 is 19th September 2011. Please note that we source Dukascopy data as-is and is subject to change without notice.
