Gold prices and silver prices are listed under (XAUUSD & XAGUSD, respectively). You can find answers to most common errors in our Trouble-shooting FAQ here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=613. If you are encountering a specific error or problem that is not listed then appreciate if you can post the details.

How to download platinum and palladium prices with Tickstory?

It of course depends on what you are trying to do - Are you export to file? Exporting to Metatrader?

The csv file is empty when I download platinum data from export to file with the Tickstory link "Platinum" (Commodity category; PTCMDUSD symbol), how to fix this problem?

Hi,

Dukascopy appear to have ceased trading Platinum so the historical data that exists covers from around 2012 to 2014 only.
