Tickstory

Hi,

I've a self-logged tick data from various MT4 brokerages. The data is stored in csv, the format is: ask;bid;volume
I would like to import this data to Metatrader 5 and make optimizations there.

My questions would be:
- Can I import this data only to MT5 without any hst or candle informations? (these I don't have)
- If I can do I need Tickstory to do that?

Your help on this is highly appreciated!

Hi Farksadi,

If you are importing your own data, then at the moment you will need to transform the data yourself into the accepted MT5 format (import of external csv files on our development todo list).
If you wish to use Tickstory to export tick-quality data from in-built data sources, you can use the procedure described here:
