The time it takes to download it dependent on a number of factors including internet connection speed (including load on the data servers at the time), along with CPU processing to disk speeds.

What we can tell you is that the Professional version uses multiple threads to download and process the data which won't be the same as the Lite version as it is limited in both threads and number of instruments you can download at a time. Do bear in mind, however, that writing to disk is inherently a single-threaded operation so you will especially see better performance when working with multiple symbols.
