Hi,

Retrieving any data before 2012 for any market/index/currency shows up this error:

But after 2012 everything is fine. I've been in this situation for a month since I bought tick story... A little desperate, I don't know what to do.

Please check out this page which details the historical data available for each instrument:

The information should be up-to-date, however if you find any discrepancies please let us know so we can update the date ranges.
