Re: Tickstory Lite 1.9.8.14 — Export to File Crash on LIGHT.CMD (Object reference not set to an instance of an object)

Thanks for the response. I’m no longer able to reproduce the issue. After restarting my computer and Tickstory, exports for LIGHT.CMD are now working correctly across all tested timeframes with no crashes. It may have been a temporary application/task state issue as you suspected. I’ll reach back ou...

H4 OHLC export produces identical Open/High/Low/Close values (invalid bar data)

Hello, I believe there is a bug in the Tickstory export functionality when exporting H4 bars. When exporting XAUUSD H4 data using the custom output format below, every bar in the exported file has identical Open, High, Low, and Close values. Thank you for the update and access to the pre-release. I’ll review and provide feedback following testing.

The addition of monthly and yearly export options is appreciated, and the date parameter clarification is noted.

Best regards,

Monthly Timeframe Missing

Hi Tickstory Support,

I recently installed Tickstory Professional, but the Monthly (MN) timeframe is not available in the Data Export → Timeframe dropdown. I only see options up to Weekly.

Could you please confirm if Monthly data is supported and how I can enable or export it?

Thank you,
Mansa
