I have suspended anti virus.
I have checked .Net (which is 7.2) which was 'repaired' just be on the safe side.
I ran the application as an administrator, as well as creating a file wall rule to ensure nothing blocks validation.
I am using Win 7 SP1.
However, I still get the same issue.

I have disabled by anti virus, and no firewall rule seems to be blocking anything. I installed the correct version of TickStory.
