Thanks for your reply, File/Setting has a test button and pushing that resulted to "successful" and "Maximum number of tasks" is set to 5. Still cannot download any tick data. I'm trying for 31.10-1.11 period Here is a short video demo of the issue: http://somup.com/cqX6DZfl7M

I'm trying to download one day worth on EurUsd tick data but keep having the download first pending forever then canceled. I have tried to right-click and click "start task" but no help.. goes straight to canceled I'm a new user and I was pretty excited about Tickstory, but now very disapp...
