    Hi Raden,

    Could you please provide further information about the error you are getting? Have you ensured that Microsoft .NET v3.5 has been installed on the machine? Perhaps this post will assist: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=71

    Hi!
    I would like to use the software on Windows Server 2003, and the Tickstory does not start after the setup. .NET 3.5 is on the Server. What is the problem?

    Hi diver,

    Are you getting any errors when trying to run Tickstory, or does it simply not come up? Please also check Task Manager to see if the application has started but is not showing.

    Do you have any firewalls running on your server?
