Is this error stopping Tickstory from running?
Also, could you please give us the details of any web proxy you are using, if any?Thanks.

yes this is stopping tickstory from working –
When i click “close” on the error i posted above, tickstory opens but the page is totally blank, and normally i had all the currency pairs there where i could select the currency pairs and export the data
so tickstory definitley is not working
In terms of your web proxy question- no there this no web proxy being used – it is just a normal internet connection
I had one other question- all I want to do is export historical clean data – no live data needed – so to do this, is tickstory lite (free version) enough to do this? or do i have to start paying now for the software?
if it is fine to do this with the lite (free) software- will this always be free or will this change into a premium service at a later date?

We’re not exactly why this error is appearing so please let us investigate and get back to you.
Regarding your question – If you are simply exporting data to file then this is available on the free version. We are endeavouring to keep these features free going forward. Of course, the paid version will start featuring a host of extras that are well worth the price.

Hi Traderkk,
We are just in the process of trying to build a version so we can get more information on the error you are experiencing. Worthwhile noting that we have also made a change to the latest v1.7 to ensure the application continues normally if it enounters this error.
