    Another option is to relocate the Dukascopy tick data folder like so:

    1) In Tickstory, go to File->Settings and check your current Dukascopy “store folder” location. This is where Tickstory is currently saving your data.
    2) Move this folder to another location which is accessible to Tickstory such as in “My DocumentsTickstory data” or something similar.
    3) In Tickstory, go to File->Settings and select this new directory as your new store folder.

    As another user has reported, if you are exporting to a Metatrader installation that resides in the C:Program Files directory, you must either move the installation to a different location or run Tickstory as an administrator to give it sufficient access rights to write to this directory.
