    Could you please clarify which version of Tickstory you are using – licensed v1.6 or v1.5?

    Hi Hylocharis – Given that there’s been a flurry of recent MT4 updates, it’s possible that MT4 introduced the breaking change on or before this build. I suggest you try an even earlier build such as ~725 and see if this works.

    i googled, but i can’t find a link to download MT4 Build 725.

    In this topic it is the Build 765

    Hi – We just re-tested with Build 765 and all is working fine. Best bet is to revisit the FAQ and some of the other threads which help trouble-shoot this issue.
