    Hi Agora,

    I’m not sure why one folder would be visible in the Program Files folder and not the other unless it is hidden (Right-click in Windows Explorer and check to see if the ‘Hidden’ property is set). Note that you can manually override the HST and FXT export folder locations as a temporary workaround (although it’s obviously preferable to use the selection box).

    As for the data folder, unless you are manually specifying this during the export process (as described above), then you should not need to change anything here. Tickstory automatically detects the valid data folder and only if you choose to run in portable mode you should need to change this.

    Finally, are you sure that the HST/FXT files do not exist? If Tickstory cannot write to the designated location it should be giving an error.

    Sorry actually it says this:

    08-12-2014 22:45 Error occurred during download: Access to the path ‘C:Program FilesTickstory LiteEURUSD2014117’ is denied. (URL: http://www.dukascopy.com/datafeed/EURUSD/2014/11/07/23h_ticks.bi5)

    It says it timed out after several minutes

    Hi Darrenlall,

    Please go to the menu option File->Settings and change your “Dukascopy store location” to a folder that is not protected by Windows such as your Documents folder (eg. C:UsersDarrenlallDocuments).
