    Hi I had installed .net 4.0 and still face the problem

    Hi preethishrahul,

    You need to install .NET v3.5 – not .NET 4.0 as they are two separate Microsoft products.

    I removed .net 4 and installed .net 3.5 ..I have the same problem

    Hi preethishrahul,

    Please ensure you have installed SP1 at least as well. If you are getting this error when starting up Tickstory, it is highly likely that it has something to do with the .NET installation. Also make sure you reboot after the install.
