I've paid for the license via your site. But I can't get any link to download your standard version application... or you will send me via the email?

According to our records, our payment provider is still waiting for your payment. If you have made a payment via bank transfer, then please note that it typically takes around 3 business days for the banks to process. Once the payment is cleared, all your license details and download instructions will be immediately delivered to your email address.

I've paid via Alipay , it showed me the bill has finished. Could you pls give me an email address who is in charge of these issues?

Hi Guys. I'm confused too. I'm all paid up but I don't see how to get my standard version download with out paying again. It says free for registered users when I hit update...I was presuming that was me.

Please help - I'm get to get a successful download from the software. Thanks.

Please use the download link you were originally sent upon registration to retrieve the latest version. We unfortunately couldn't find your license record with the details you provided, so appreciate if you can update your details so we can assist further if necessary.
