New Data Downloads Overwrite Prior Data Downloads

Hi,
I can't seem to work this one out and wonder if you can help. Here's my problem:
- I successfully export data to MT4 and can test over that date range, e.g. 1st Jan 2014 - 1st Jan 2016
- I then want to add the new data that has come in over the past 20 days, so that I can test from 1st Jan 2014 - 20th Jan 2016
- No matter what settings I choose it will start downloading the data from 1st Jan 2014 through to 20th Jan 2016.
Ideally I would like it to just update the files so that it only has to download the data from 1st Jan 2016 to 20th Jan 2016 and not 2 or 5 years worth (because it takes quite some time and you can no longer test recent data on that Symbol until you have the new set downloaded). Is Tickstory able to append data to an existing data set you have downloaded previously or do you have to download data from the beginning of the range every time you want to add to your data range?
Cheers
