i install Tickstory, but i got this Error!

Hi Matdust,

Are you able to copy and paste the full error for us, please? Is there anything more you can tell us about the environment you're working in? Windows 10? When does this error appear? Upon startup or while you are doing something such as exporting? Does it Tickstory seem to operate normally after the error is shown?

To try resolve it, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Are you able to go to File->Settings and re-save your settings to see if this fixes the issue?

Hello there,
I use Windows 10 with Firefox. I have un- and reinstalled it three times. Copy and paste the error does not work, the image can not be even bigger for a screen print. Therefore I send you three screen cutouts in attachment.

Hi Matdust,

It appears to be some Windows permissioning issue. Are you able to try running as Administrator to see if that eliminates the error?

Hi Matdust - could you please give us a screenshot of your Tickstory settings (both Dukascopy & MT4 tabs)? If you could also please upload your Tickstory.config file located in C:\Users\<Yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Tickstory\Tickstory Lite, this may help us reproduce the issue.
