build 940 issues

I up graded to build 940 on my Global Prime FX demo platform, and now I am not getting 99.9% modeling quality. I tried deleting all of the old data, re-booted Tick Story and down loaded all new data up until today's date which I frequently do anyways.
Now all I get is NA for modeling quality but the whole bar is solid green, Anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue as it was working fine with build 920 ??
