Can I install the free version program in two pc's at the same time?

I just bought edition 1.7.3.0 and I have the same problems,it does not work in one of my pc's.
One thing that I noticed is that now I can download data up to one day before with the free edition and the 1.7..3.0
where as a few days ago I could not. What do you think is wrong? I tried with no firewall but still.

One thing that can help is that problems started when I replaced my HHD drives with SSD.
I reinstaled windows 8.1 pro which I had before, did the update,instaled Trickstory and tried to run it.
It does work in my desctop but not in my laptop.

Another thing that might be important is that with Windows 8.1 I was using them with 2 license keys.
Each key for each pc.When I tried to install windows in my laptop ( thats where the problem is ) my
license cey was not accepted and I used the same key as my laptop.

I do not know if these help but I have tried everything I could think of to solve the problem.

Thanks for registering. First thing to do is ensure your license is only applied to 2 machines. Next, are you getting some sort of error on your laptop? What makes it "not work"? If you have some sort of screenshot of the problem, this would be helpful. The other thing to check is to make sure you have .NET v3.5 SP2 (specifically this version) installed on your machine.

I send you a screenshot of the error message I get.

In both of my computers .NET v3.5 SP1 is instaled. 4.5.1 4.5.2 and 4.6 is also installed.
Should I uninstall them?
I do not know how to uninstall the other versions.

.NET v3.5 SP2 I can not find it anywhere,can you send me a link?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the screenshot. The error you are getting is due to your Dukascopy "Store Location" being set to a Windows protected location (i.e. C:\Program Files). To solve this, please go to File->Settings in Tickstory and change your Dukascopy store folder to a writeable folder such as your "Documents" directory.
This should resolve the error.
