Hello,

I recently purchased the paid version and I would like confirmation about the time shift feature.

I am looking to change the official daily session start time, shifting it in +/- X hours increments. Would changing the Time Zone in the "Export to MT4" panel be the way to do it?

That's an interesting one. You could potentially do this via the Timezone feature, however it would be subject to DST shifts as well depending on which timezone you select. I expect that you would need to find a timezone without DST for each offset you are wanting to do. The DST status of a timezone is indicated just below the timezone selection box.
