Tickstory

Hi guys,

I've updated my Tickstory to 1.7.3 and re-generated exports (for one pair & timeframe, just to test) - and MT4 keeps on crashing or freezing - just like Lenny138 described here http://forum.tickstory.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=876.

Please help what else I can do...hope not "format c: and start installations from scratch"?

Hi Forexbunny,

How large are your FXT files? We have had one report of this issue occurring with a large (11GB) FXT file. Do you still have the issue if you export a shorter period (say 1 year)? If this is the issue, the only thing we can suggest is rolling back to Build 910 as unfortunately have no control over this change.
Could you also please give the exact MT4 export settings (including symbol) so we can see if we can reproduce the problem and maybe find some way forward?
