Purchased the upgraded TickStory (TS) a couple of weeks ago. Input the license activation code, as I recall, directly into the TS software, where an obvious field popped up. Got a message yesterday saying that MT4 had a new build, 920 or something, asking me if I wanted a free update. I said, "Yes," and downloaded. Now TS is not working (it is acting like TS Lite), and I cannot, for the life of me, find the place to re-input the license activation code, because I think the TS software knows I already input it. Help me, please, with explicit instructions! Thank you.

We have resent the email you received upon registration. Please use the download link in this email to get the latest version of Tickstory. This should hopefully resolve the issue you describe.

Please re-read my original post. I did that, but there is no place to stuff in the license activation code in the TS Program, like there was before. I am in limbo, having downloaded the latest software update, but it gives me the same error message I had way back when, as only the Lite version is now operating, with the added problem that it does not have a place for the license activation code. I uninstalled the program, and reinstalled, but alas, I cannot progress. Help, please!

We did read your post - please note ours. Did you download Tickstory from our website or the link you were emailed? If the former, then this is the freely available version and has no option to enter the license code. The email that you were recently sent contains a separate link to allow you to download licensed v1.7.3. Could you kindly confirm you are running v1.7.3 by going to the File->About option? If you are not running v1.7.3 you have not downloaded the correct version.

Should the "Tickstory_v1.7.3" zip-file which downloads from the link you email after payment contain the following file:

tickstorylite_setup.exe

The lite seems incorrect?

Yes, the name of the file is correct. It's your license details that will activate the software for you.
