Tickstory

I use MT4 ver 4.0 build 920. Tickstory paid ver 1.7.3.0
After I start backtesting the MT4 closes immediately or remains in the same state and the results will not come ( I 'm waiting for one hour).
No errors on logs. I included picture. Same problem was with old Tickstory ver.
I tried backesting with MACD Sample and only with 3 month period but problem is same. I tride with other MT4, but same

Hi Marx,

Presumably you were back-testing successfully with Build 910? Have you regenerated your MT4 Export/FXT files? MT4 have unfortunately issued a breaking change in Build 920 that will require your export files to be re-exported.

Yes, I re-exported all the FXT files with build 920.
But now back-testing working with build 910

Hi Marx,

We are getting reports of issues but so far can only nail it down to possible issues with large FXT files. If we come across any more details we will give an update. At this stage we can only wait for a possible fix in the next release of MT4.
