I just bought v1.7.2 and received instructions to activate the license key as follows "To activate this license, go to Help->License code in Tickstory and enter this code."
I cannot find where on the Tickstory to activate the license code.
Can you please assist?

We've just sent the email that contains your license code which should have originally received with your purchase. The license code is a series of "random" looking characters that need to pasted into the license code box. As for the Help->License option, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Tickstory. Your personal link to the installation is also provided in the email you were sent. Please download it, install it and you will see the License option.

Thank you very much for the response. I was confused between the Tickstory software and the website.
Just another question, have there been any problems installing Tickstory Lite onto Windows 10? Keep getting a permissions error, (run as administrator) and despite changing the authorisation conditions, Windows 10 just doesn't recognise the filepath?

Glad that the first issue has been resolved. Regarding the "recognise file path" issue - do you have further information on what error you are getting (if any)? A screenshot would also be helpful if appropriate.
