I had bought a licence , I had installed one in my desktop and one in my latop.
I am going to replace my laptop next week.

can I deactivate an account on a computer?
What do I need to do in order to transfer my licence to the new computer?

Just uninstall the one on your laptop and re-install on the new laptop.
