Tickstory has encountered a problom and needs to close.??

Hi!
When i try to open Tickstory says poppop as "Tickstory has encountered a problom and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveneince".
i use windows xp sp3 and .NET version 3.5
what will be the issue and how to resolve this issue?

Hi Sheriffonline,
This error is most likely due to an incorrect/incomplete .NET setup. Firstly make sure you have .NET v3.5 SP1. Check out these threads for further info:

Now Tickstory working. but still i could not able to success in report.
when i test strategy report shows error in journal.

Hi Sheriffonline,
Could you kindly share what you did to rectify the original issue? It might assist others.
Regarding your "permission denied" error, it appears that MT4 cannot access the FXT file. Is it possible you are trying to back-test while Tickstory has not yet completed the export?

Tickstory completed the report. for your informatuion i use mt4 latest build. version 4.00 build 845.
i could not launch mt4 from tickstory, says option not available. so i opened mt4 seperately.
please do the needful to solve this issue.
