Before there is no problem, there will be relations with the MT4 update? Or is Tickstory's own problems? Or is the lack of WINDOWS components required for the procedure?

Hi,

If you first screenshot, no, you don't need to assign any launch parameters if you don't have any.
We can't reproduce the error you're getting from the option shown on the second screenshot. Ensure you have .NET v3.5 SP1 installed on the machine.
If you are still having issues, perhaps you can try temporarily switching your regional settings to English to see whether this might have some effect?
