Dear Tickstory Team,

As you suggested, in order to get the real account condition, I tried to deploy "TickstoryInfo" EA to my MT4 account. Then successfully installed the EA and attached it into one chart successfully. But after restart MT4, there is nothing in the folder of MetaTrader's experts\files directory.

Kindly please suggest how to solve this issue?

Hi Craneliu,

Please check the Expert's journal log to see whether the operation has completed successfully. If there were any errors (such as invalid file name) then your .mt4config file will not exist until you resolve the problem.
