Hello there ..

Great product ... I'm just struggling my backside off trying to figure out what time-zone to use in the data export for Pepperstone?

Can someone please help me with this?

I have tried: New York Trading Hours, but not convinced it's the right one.

I've read somewhere that it may need to be set to Nairobi as Pepperstone is GMT+3, but then that option doesn't have an option to shift automatically so I feel a bit loss as sometimes it should be GMT +2.

So I'm wondering if it should be UTC +2 with European / London DST ?

Hi Vabsie,

According to this URL Pepperstone works off NY trading hours:

As such, you should select "New York Trading Hours" timezone in Tickstory to match this (first option in the combo box).
