ERROR MSG.

Hello,

Lets begin with i went through the settings, put in my broker destination folder, and the destination folder for Tickstory is C:\Program Files\Tickstory Lite. i clicked test, and it said it was successful, now clicking on EUR/USD and selecting download I get this msg.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times, and i seem to be getting nowhere. I've been at it now for over 12 hours trying to get valid tick data on to my MT4 platform. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We assume that your issue will be resolved by changing your 'Dukascopy folder location' as you mentioned in your other post:
