"Tickstory has stopped working"

Trying to download six months data for a bunch of pairs. Got Feb thru early July and it stopped with Windows error "Tickstory has stopped working". Restarted Tickstory and tried to continue download by setting start to July 1st, it got about 30% through that and stopped again.
