Hi Jiangchris,
The screenshot you have shown is rather odd and we have not been able to reproduce the issue. It appears as though your data has been corrupted somehow. Can you please try deleting the directory "EURGBP\2014\01" in your data store folder location and try viewing the data again? If this does resolve your issue, it is advisable to delete all data in your datastore folder and download it again just to be on the safe side.
Please let us know how you go.
Thanks.

hi
i think i have solve the question (maybe XD).
first, i follow ur suggest deleting the directory and download again. But still have the problem.
so, i think the problem is that i create a directory under the tickstory. (\Tickstory lite\history\EURGBP....)
then, i delete the history file and download to path \Tickstory\EURGBP, and that's work!!
i dont know is the path cause error, but im happy that i can run. THANK YOU
I have another question. Is the MT4 only can test 2GB ??
and i have the picture like this.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_gC57 ... sp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_gC57 ... sp=sharing
the price look like strange....
i dont know is the price correctly.
Best Regards.

Hi JiangChris,
We have checked out the data using the Tickstory Chart feature and plotted the range from 9th September 2010 to 11th September 2010 for EURUSD and do not see the data you show. Please check your MT4 History Center and also try export the data to CSV file to manually check it. It could be that your data is corrupted in some way or failed to download for those dates. If so, just use the "Download data" feature for this date range to see if it fixes the problem.
The maximum FXT file size should be 4GB.
Regards.
