Hi,

i'm try to write the settings file with the ea, but nothing happens.

In the experts tab are only the 3 entries for loading, inputs and initialized. No more outputs or errors.

I got this behavior on my notebook (Windows 8) and on my vps server (Windows 2003). Tried 3 different terminal alpari uk, fx open and ic markets starting in "normal" mode and "portable" mode with normal user account and under root account. Always the same outcome, no errors and no file.

What did i wrong?

Hi Thomas,

It doesn't appear that the EA has run at all. If you have attached the EA to a live chart, you will need to wait until at least one tick of data/pricing comes through for that pair before the EA will run. Alternatively, you can run the EA in the strategy tester.
