Problem with modeling quality

Hi, new to your great site and love the idea and simplicity of Tickstory.
Have some problems that I need someone to address them... Did my homework searching this forum/site, FAQ to see if my problem has been addressed already but could not find exactly what I was looking at.
Here are my questions and problem that I could do with help:
After downloading and exporting 700gb worth of data to my ThinkForex terminal, on testing the modeling quality was less than 10% instead of something like 99% what I was expecting. What is the problem? I did launched the thinkforex terminal directly from tickstory for backtesting but still the modeling quality was very bad. It is as if I was testing open price modeling, but I was testing every tick modeling.
Also would like to know if I want to backtest on more than one mt4 terminal do I have to export data to every terminal i want to use for backtesting?
