[TICKLITE-44] Bar data 'begin times' are going out-of-sync

Exports in MT4 appear to have their bar start-times "shifting".

For eg. try exporting CADCHF November 29-November 30 for 15-minute bars and see it will shift out of 15-minute increments when looking at the chart in MT4.

This could be due to tick data not being available for that period, causing this shift in bar-start time.

Investigation pending.

The issue has been corrected and will be released in the upcoming version (0.6b). The issue only affects the "begin time" of MT4 bars and would affect any strategies relying on specific bar times.
