Also, please note that your subscription has expired. If you wish to have on-going priority support, you can renew your subscription in Tickstory's Help->About->Renew option. This will also give you access to the latest version and all our other subscription features.

I buy a new license but i can't find apply the license in the Help→License menu. This menu doesn't appear. How to apply the new license. Thank you.

When you purchased, you should have received an email with the link to download the registered version of the software. If you can't see the email, please check your Spam folder just in case it has ended up there.

If you require further assistance, could you please provide us with the email that you used when purchasing? We don't have any license under the email you have registered with.

Thanks for providing your email. We have resent your license details to that registered email. If you can't see it, please check your Spam folder to make sure it hasn't ended up there.

The email contains the link to download the registered version of the software. Firstly, please click on the link to download and install the software. Once you run it for the first time, you will be prompted for your license key which is also provided in the email.

As an aside, we have updated your email address on your forum username so we can quickly identify your license in the future.
