Could not contact Tickstory server Code: 105

Hi Support,

I am trying to access Tickstory after a year or so away. When I open it I get an error message: "Could not contact Tickstory server. Please try again later. If it persists, contact support. (Code: 105)"

When I clear this, I get the "Activate Tickstory" window. I enter my license key and get a further error: "Can't validate your license due to missing internet or access to validation server. If it persists, you can manually activate your license"

I've installed the latest version and still get the same errors. If it helps, I bought my Standard license in March 2022.

Can you help at all, please? Thanks! :)

Hi Jody,

We can confirm that our license server is up so either this was a temporary glitch or something is preventing you from accessing our servers. If the latter, the first thing to try would be to try install it on another device if you have one available. If not, you should check to make sure that firstly you can browse to the Tickstory website from that machine. If you can, then next, please check that Tickstory isn't being blocked from internet access by an anti-virus or firewall software.
