Not getting cvs data when downloading - only getting binary files - see attached
what am I doing wrong

Hi Dkyle,

You are viewing the raw tick data files (*.bi5) instead of the CSV file you have exported. Note that in your export you have called the exported CSV file "test.csv" - this is the file that will contain the CSV data.

AHHH!! Ok- it's posting the csv file file in the Program folder and the binarie in the other folder I specified. That's why I wasn't seeing it - problem solved ! Thank you so much for the quick response ... Will become a paying customer when the non lite version comes out
