Tickstory

Good morning, I downloaded tickstory and purchased the license. Everything works correctly but only on XAUUSD. I tried SPX500, NAS, CRUDEOIL, and BRENT, and although the download procedure apparently went well, confirmed by the fact that I have the data on the server, when I go to look for the data in the MT4 historical database, the tables are empty. There is not a single record in any table.
Can you please help me by sending appropriate directions to resolve the problem?
