Tickstory

Hi,
New user here.
I am trying to get Tickstory to launch MT4, however it states I cannot use more than 365 days of data.
This is fine, as I'm only trying to use the last month's worth of data, but I cannot seem to figure out how to choose the dates I want and get it to launch.
I downloaded XAUUSD dates from 01/01/24 to 13/09/24

Hi Lewis,

It's possible that you somehow have other residual data files that might be causing the issue. To make sure this isn't the case, please go to Metatrader File->Open Data Folder and browse to the tester/history folder. Please remove all the *.FXT files here (.FXT files are regenerated as part of the export process, however if you feel better to back them up, then please do so).

Once you have done that, please re-export your data and try again.
