Not able to work with Tickstory Lite

I all, I just downloaded Tickstory Lite to practice with it, but when I open it the below window blocks my work and I don't know how to proceed. Could you help me? Thank you

Hi Alberto,
We'd be happy to help you as we have had several other users report the same issue. Unfortunately though, they have not let us know whether our suggested solutions have fixed the problem which doesn't help us understand what the cause is. Could you please try the suggestions mentioned in
this post and let us know if one of them fixes the issue? It would be appreciate if you worked with us until we resolve the problem.
