No email after my purchase

I did not receive any emails after my purchase of standard tickstory.
my original mail is d***.b**@me.com, but I can't receive nothing at the moment from you (not even the ability to activate me on the support forum).
I have also verified and my email are not sent in junk mail
Now I'm using my second mail d****@msn.com and in this way I was able to subscribe in this forum.
Could you give me the link in order to use standard version of tickstory that I have already paid?
If you want send the email to d***@msn.com
please help me. Thanks a a lot

Hi Davide,
Thanks for contacting us. We have made repeated attempts to try make contact with you but it looks like your *@me.com address is rejecting our emails (the message returned from your servers is "Your message to d**@me.com has been blocked"). This would explain the reason why you have not received your license details nor our attempts to respond to your email queries.
We have updated your email to your d***@msn.com address and resent all your license and download details there. If you cannot see this email, please contact us again on this forum so we can assist further.

Hello, after the payment for the annual subscription, today I have received another automatic payment for 11,95 euro.
I have already paid for whole year, why is there this monthly charge ?

Hi Davidez79,
Our records show that you have purchased the
Standard version of the software which includes a license and 1-month of subscription. Given that you had the "renew subscription" box checked on purchase, your subscription is set to renew automatically each month.

Ok I have purchased the standard version with related license how I can uncheck the “renew subscription “?
And now if i uncheck the “renew subscriptio” how many time I will have the active license for ?

Hi Davide,
You can manage/cancel your subscription by using the "Manage subscription" link you were emailed when you purchased. We'll send you a private message (top right menu option in this forum) to let you know your subscription details.

I haven recieved software yet? Seems there is an issue with peoples email addresses? Ive had to use a different email address to be able to post here..Could i please get the software ive paid for. i know its the correct email as ive paid through paypal, and i got the receipt, but no software. Even when registering for this i never got an email to my main email address

We cannot see any record of a license purchased under the email address you have provided on this forum. Could you kindly provide the email address you used to purchase? It will not be revealed publicly.
All your details would have been sent to your nominated email address. Could you please ensure that you have checked your Spam folder and also that your email box is not full. If your email box is full, it means that all our emails will be rejected.

I believe we have found why you are not receiving our email - your service provider is telling us that our email is blocked:

The response from the remote server was:
554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137
For confirmation and security reasons, could you please provide us with the email that you used when purchasing. We will update all the information to the Gmail address you have provided instead. Alternatively, if you know how to rectify the error above, please let us know and we will try resending the email again.

I have the same problem. I purchased standard tickstory using the email address n***@icloud.com, but received no follow up email and had to use a different address to register here. Could you please send the email with the relevant order information to this new address? Thanks in advance
