Hi there,
I bought a standard version of tickstory, but I did't receive the activation email. Also, when I tried to active my account in the software, there is an error code 999.

I believe we may have already replied to your email, however it appears that this account has been created under another email address? If so, could you please confirm your purchase email by replying here (it will not be displayed publicly).

Regarding the 999 error, this error is usually caused by a missing or disabled Windows component. Could you please refer to this thread to see if it resolves the issue. Please let us know the full content of the error message if this doesn't fix the problem.
