Tickstory

Hi,
We have just subscribed for 'standard' license, and got the email to key in the code. However no Help->License code menu option found in the tickstory dashboard. I attached a screenshot of the dashboard.

Please download and install the licensed version of the software with the download link you were provided via email (the same email which contains your license key). This version of the software will prompt you for your license key on startup.

Also, please note that we could not find your license based on the email address you have registered on this forum with. Kindly register with the same email address as your license so we can provide you with support according to your subscription.
