Error exporting Index data

Hello
I have tick story program and I am successfully exporting data from tick story to mt4 platform for all forex pairs.
But when I want to export the index data this message appears (next picture).
And then, the accuracy of the back test is as follows (next picture).
The question is, how do I solve this problem ?
Please help, I have tried several times but the problem has not been solved

Hi Mr.Chart,
It's possible that your Metatrader has automatically upgraded to Build 1264 (You can check in Metatrader Help->About). If this is the case, you need to update Tickstory to v1.9.5.5 which supports this version (and will fix your launcher issue).
To get the latest version, just click on the download link from your order email and install. You can double-check you are running the latest v1.9.5.5 by going to Tickstory's Help->About menu.

Thanks for replay.
My metatrader version: 4.00 build 1260
My Tickstory version: 1.9.5.3
Is this the cause of the problem?
Should I buy the latest version to solve the problem ? Or is this unnecessary and there's another way to solve the problem ?

Hi Mr.chart,
You have an active subscription so all you need to do is click on your download link (which was just resent to your email).
Please also check your private messages as we have responded with more information about your license.
Once you have updated your software, could you kindly go through this trouble-shooting list to resolve the error message you are getting when launching:

I've done all the steps needed to solve this problem.
I am updated my software, and go to through this trouble-shooting list to resolve the error message you are getting when launching:

I followed everything with high accuracy (step by step), but the problem hasn't been solved.
I tried many times, but the problem wasn't solved.
I'll tell you the problem again.
I can do export date for all forex pairs (It's easy), But when I want to export the index data this message appears (next picture).
And then, the accuracy of the back test is as follows (next picture).
Again, export date for all forex pairs it’s done successfully. I'm only having a problem with exporting Index data, Commodity,Bond,Crypto, and Stock-CFD.
I really don't know the cause of this problem ؟
