How to migrate to another computer?

I have purchased the professional version, there are two installation licenses, I have already installed the software on one computer, now because of changing the computer, how to migrate the software to the new computer to maintain the authorization status?

I need to do this as well. I'm trying to migrate to a faster computer. I've uninstalled Tickstory from the old computer that my kids will use now for school work.

I have Tickstory authorized on a desktop, and I want to authorize my second install for this newer laptop to replace the old one. How do I do that?

Hi HDlegit,

We can assist you further. If you have uninstalled on the old PC, could you now please proceed to activate it on the new one? There should now be no issues.

Hi Tompoe,

Please proceed to uninstall the software off the machines you don't need it on and you should be fine to install on the new one.

Hi Tompoe,

We have reset your licenses again so it should work. Do note that the licenses are not "floating" - you cannot move the activation from one PC/VM to another. Please choose 2 machines that you intend to use the software on and proceed with activating. Once you do, you cannot move the software to another machine without our assistance.
