Dear Support,

I have downloaded historical data for EURUSD just for September month (just to test first) but I failed to test any of my EA in this period. I used your "5 steps..." movie but with no results. I couldn`t even test default MACD EA available in every MT4. It is like ticktory incorrectly exported data to MT4. I use XM MT4, Demo 2 server. What should I double check to make sure it works correctly?

Please check the Strategy Tester "Report" tab to see if you are getting 99.9% modelling quality. If not, check out our trouble-shooting steps to resolve this here:

Also, you may want to check the Strategy Tester "Journal" tab in case it is reporting some sort of error. If it is, usually searching for the error message on this forum will give you some possible solutions to the issue.
