Tickstory

Hello,

I have bought recently the standard version of Tickstory.

I have downloaded EURUSD data with tab-delimited. You can see it in picture 1.
But when I open the file it wasn't tab-delimited but rather comma-delimited. You can see it in picture 2.
Note: It won't make a difference if I choose on the predefined options "tab-delimited" or "comma-delimited".

When you are open the file in Excel, it is trying to open it as CSV. You can verify the file is formatted correctly by opening it in Notepad or other text editor.
If you wish to convert this file into columns in Excel, you will need to go to Data->Text to Columns and select the "Delimited tab" option (please consult the Excel manual for further information if required).
