hello, when I try to download this update, it still downloads the v1.9.7.15, it appears to be some kind of error

I've been using the free version, i don't require much, does that mean that the update 1.9.7.16 will not be available for me?

I have pro subscription till end July 2024. I am unable to download 1.9.7.17 (2024/05/08) version. whenever I click on my personal download link, I got version 1.9.7.16 only. Pls help.
