Tickstory

Hello,

I have bought TickStory.

I have downloaded data for several pairs, then I exported data to MT4 as per guide.

However, on EURUSD and GBPUSD I notice big spikes that invalidate the backtesting.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for registering. We have only seen the issue you describe with illegitimate/cracked versions of our software. In case you have downloaded from an unauthorized source, please make sure you have uninstalled all versions of Tickstory and re-install Tickstory from the official link you were provided upon registration. After that, please regenerate your exports again and the issue should hopefully be resolved. If you happen to have downloaded an unauthorized version of Tickstory, it is highly recommended you scan your PC for trojans/viruses as a priority.
